Deleting your account

PikiChick keeps only your name in the game (your chick's name) and what belongs to it on our server. You can delete all of it right away from inside the game:

1. Tap the Settings button (the cog) at the top right of the main screen.
2. In the Account section, tap "Delete my account".
3. "Yes, delete": it is deleted right away.

If you can no longer open the game, you can also ask for deletion by email:

1. Email runtimeworldgeneration@gmail.com with the subject "PikiChick: delete my account".
2. Write your name in the game in the message.
3. We delete it within 30 days and reply to let you know.

What is deleted

Your name, the hash of your device's key, your friendships, your chick's and your coop's look, your visitor book, your visits in other players' visitor books, and when you were last connected. You also disappear from your friends' lists; any open co-op game or visit is closed. None of it is kept.

Co-op games and visits are never stored anyway: they live only in the server's memory while they last. Your chick, your coop and your save are on your device, not with us, and are not deleted: to delete them, uninstall the game or clear its data in your device's settings.

If you want to keep playing after that, the game asks you to choose a new name. More: privacy policy.
